I'm Daniel Dalane, a Ramsey Certified Financial Coach and small-business owner.
I got into financial coaching because I've seen firsthand the real-life results that come from having a plan and a roadmap for your money—both personally and in business.
Having a plan has helped me make intentional decisions with money, stay out of debt, prepare for the future, and build a business to nearly $200,000 in annual revenue without relying on debt. I've personally followed the Ramsey Baby Steps and am currently working Baby Steps 4, 5, and 6.
But what I've learned isn't just that having the right information matters. Having a clear plan changes the way you make financial decisions.
That's why I started Dalane Financial Coaching.
I want to help individuals, couples, and business owners get clarity around their finances, understand where they are today, decide where they want to go, and build a practical roadmap for getting there.
I’m a business owner, too.
Alongside financial coaching, I own and operate a service business that I've grown from the ground up.
Running a business has given me firsthand experience with decisions around cash flow, expenses, equipment purchases, reserves, growth, and balancing the needs of a business with personal financial goals.
That experience is a big part of why I especially enjoy working with small-business owners. Your business finances and personal finances don't exist in separate worlds. The decisions you make in one often directly affect the other.
What You Can Expect From Coaching
I don't believe financial coaching should leave you with a pile of information and no idea what to do next.
We'll look at where you are, identify what's keeping you from where you want to be, and create specific next steps you can actually follow.
Whether you're trying to get out of debt, build savings, gain control of your spending, strengthen your business finances, or simply figure out what your next financial move should be, the goal is the same:
Give you clarity, a plan, and a roadmap forward.
